- Add the sabja seeds to 1/2 cup water and let them soak for 10 to 15 minutes until swollen.
- Add the watermelon cubes, mint leaves, lime or lemon juice, sugar, black salt, and 1 cup cold water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a jug using a fine mesh strainer.
- Add a few watermelon chunks and some soaked sabja seeds to each glass.
- Fill the glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the strained watermelon lemonade into the glasses.
- Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately.
