Method
- Divide the diced kiwi between two tall glasses.
- Add 1/2 tablespoon sugar to each glass.
- Muddle the kiwi and sugar with a muddler or wooden spoon until juicy but still slightly chunky.
- Add 1 tablespoon lime juice to each glass.
- Slowly pour 1 cup chilled Sprite into each glass.
- Stir gently once or twice. Garnish with lime slices or extra kiwi, then serve immediately.

Notes
- Use ripe kiwi for the sweetest flavor and easiest muddling.
- For a less sweet drink, use club soda instead of Sprite and add sugar to taste.
- Do not make the complete drink too far ahead because the soda will lose its fizz.
