Ingredients
  

  • For the cookies
  • 1 cup Nutella 300 g, store-bought or homemade Nutella
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 140 g

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the Nutella and egg to a large bowl and stir until smooth.
  3. Add the flour and mix just until a soft dough forms and no dry streaks remain.
  4. Scoop the dough into approximately 12 portions and gently roll into balls.
  5. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet and flatten each ball slightly.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the tops are set and lightly cracked around the edges.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Use store-bought Nutella for the most consistent texture.
  • Measure the flour by weight when possible.
