Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 150 g Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons 30 mL Maple syrup
  • Pinch Salt
  • 60 g 2 oz Chocolate

Method
 

  1. Mix sunflower seeds, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until coated.
  2. Press into small compact rounds and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
  3. Bake until set and lightly toasted.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Melt chocolate until smooth.
  6. Dip each bite in chocolate and place back on parchment.
  7. Let chocolate set (room temp or fridge).
