Method
- Mix sunflower seeds, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until coated.
- Press into small compact rounds and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake until set and lightly toasted.
- Cool completely.
- Melt chocolate until smooth.
- Dip each bite in chocolate and place back on parchment.
- Let chocolate set (room temp or fridge).
