Ingredients
  

  • the smoothie
  • 1 banana peeled and frozen
  • 3 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup milk about 80 ml, I like almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt about 60 g
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • For serving
  • chopped fresh strawberries optional

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Serving glasses

Method
 

  1. Add the frozen banana and strawberries to a blender.
  2. Pour in the milk and add the Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the honey, if using.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add a little more milk if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
  6. Pour into glasses.
  7. Serve right away, topped with chopped strawberries if desired.
