Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cold water 750 ml
  • 4 cups raspberries 500 g
  • 1 tbsp sugar 60 g
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice 45 ml (from 1 lemon)

  • Citrus juicer (optional)
  • Fine-mesh strainer (optional)
  • Pitcher or bottle for storing

Method
 

  1. Add the cold water to a blender.
  2. Add the raspberries.
  3. Add the sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Blend until completely smooth (30–60 seconds).
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon if needed.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, or chill in the fridge.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, strain through a fine-mesh strainer (optional).
  • Sugar swap: honey or maple syrup (start with 2–3 tbsp, then adjust).
  • Fresh or frozen raspberries both work; frozen makes it colder and thicker.
  • Store sealed in the fridge up to 3 days; shake before serving.
