  • 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni chopped
  • 1 cup sliced provolone cheese chopped

  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoncinis
  • 1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes cut into quarters
  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • Creamy Dressing
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Stir until smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Add the chopped salami, chopped pepperoni, chopped provolone, diced red onion, diced pepperoncinis, and quartered tomatoes.
  4. Stir until the meat, cheese, and vegetables are coated in the dressing.
  5. Add the chopped iceberg lettuce.
  6. Gently fold everything together until the lettuce is evenly mixed.
  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  8. Serve chilled with toasted bread, crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
