- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Add cherry tomatoes to a baking dish with garlic cloves, olive oil, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes (if using). Place the feta cheese in the center.
- Bake 30–35 minutes, until tomatoes burst and feta is soft and lightly golden.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- Stir the baked feta and tomatoes together until creamy.
- Add pasta and chopped fresh basil. Toss well, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed. Serve warm.
