Ingredients
  

  • 9 slices sandwich bread pain de mie
  • 2/3 cup tomato sauce 150 g
  • 1 1/4 cups grated mozzarella cheese 120 g
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper sliced (50 g)
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper sliced (50 g)
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn 80 g
  • 1/2 cup black olives slice (60 g)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the bread slices in a single layer on the sheet pan.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over each slice.
  4. Sprinkle grated mozzarella over the sauce.
  5. Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, sweet corn, and sliced black olives.
  6. Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
  7. Bake 8–10 minutes, until the cheese melts and bubbles and the edges are toasted.
  8. Serve immediately.
