Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium flour tortillas about 8 inches wide (about 5.3 oz / 150 g)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened (28 g)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 25 g
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1.3 g

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Spread softened butter over one side of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the buttered tortillas.
  5. Stack the tortillas and cut them into small rectangles, strips, or triangles.
  6. Arrange the pieces in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, until golden and crisp around the edges.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
