Ingredients
  

  • 2 Bananas sliced
  • 4-5 tablespoons Peanut butter Natural
  • 3.5 oz 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons Peanuts crushed

Equipment

  • Cookie sheet or flat tray (freezer-safe)
  • Parchment paper
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler
  • Spoon or small spatula

Method
 

  1. Line a cookie sheet (or flat tray) with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the sliced bananas on the parchment, slightly overlapping to form a rectangle.
  3. Spread the peanut butter over the bananas in an even layer.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate until smooth, then spread it over the peanut butter.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top and gently press them into the chocolate.
  6. Freeze until firm, then break into pieces and serve.
