- Peel the avocado and cut it into chunks.
- Add the milk, avocado chunks, dates, almonds, and sweetened condensed milk to a blender.
- Blend for 45–90 seconds (or until completely smooth), scraping down the blender if needed.
- Pour into glasses and top with almond flakes. Serve immediately or chill.

Notes
- If your dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 5–10 minutes, drain, then blend.
- For a smoother texture, blend longer or swap almonds for 2–3 tbsp almond butter.
- To thin: add a splash of milk. To thicken: add a few more avocado chunks or 1–2 extra dates.
- Dairy-free: use unsweetened almond milk or oat milk and adjust sweetness to taste.
