Ingredients
  

  • 3 | cucumbers | sliced
  • 1 | large avocado | sliced
  • 1/4 | onion | finely sliced
  • 2 | tablespoons | fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 | tablespoons | fresh dill chopped
  • 3/4 | teaspoon | kosher salt
  • 1/4 | teaspoon | chili flakes or crushed red pepper flakes
  • – | – | olive oil to taste

Method
 

  1. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices.
  2. Cut the avocado into slices.
  3. Finely slice the onion.
  4. Chop the fresh cilantro and dill.
  5. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  6. Season with salt and chili flakes.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Lightly toss until everything is well coated.
  9. Serve immediately.
